Eventually we did make it to the CMC campsite. We got there relatively early in the day so we finally had a couple hours to relax and unwind. It was said in the Climbers Guide that the CMC campsite was perhaps the most scenic in the park. We were not disappointed....there were fantastic view of Leigh Lake, and to the south you had a wonderful view of the Grand Teton which is shown here. I was proud to have just 2 short days ago been on the summit of that mountain which I was now gazing at.
