Marion Lake is situated along the Teton Crest Trail, about six miles from the top of Rendezvous Mountain. We started the Teton Crest Trail under threatening skies, even though the weather forecast called for only partly cloudy skies. We were concerned about the weather, but it continued to clear as the day wore on, and we never felt even the slightest drop of rain in nine days.
