The clouds had mostly cleared after sunset, so I was hopeful for some starry skies later in the night. I set the alarm for midnight and was not disappointed. What an amazing sky! The next night in Titcomb Basin Norah and I stayed up to star gaze and we saw several meteors. Once thing I love about backpacking is the gorgeous night skies.
