By the time we neared Wanda Lake the weather had deteriorated significantly. It was clear that we were going to get some precipitation. We debated whether or not to cross Muir Pass, but decided to go ahead and pitch the tent at Wanda Lake to avoid potentially having to backpack at 12,000' in a snow storm. We were in good shape time wise, so we went ahead and stopped.
