We started off our vacation with a hike up the Beehive. While we had been on the Beehive from a back trail, we hadn't done the trail up the front side. It's short (only 0.4 miles to the top), but steep (520 feet elevation gain). It's similar to the Precipice trail and not recommended for those with a fear of heights or exposure (there are several places where the trail hugs the cliff and there are iron rung ladders to climb).
