During the hike to North and South Gap Lakes I discovered that the Medicine Bow was still pretty much buried in snow. And it was July 5th!!! I lost the trail, but managed to travel cross country to this gem of a tarn that is unnamed. From this location I was able to shoot Sugarloaf Mountain with beautiful purple flowers in the foreground.
