Pulsing soft coral (Xeniid).

The polyps at the end are like hands, feeding by grasping, opening and closing the ends to grab bits of plankton, etc.

Lovely! I can't decide whether those look more like delicate hands or tiny snapping mouths. Overall, this reminds me - of all things - the sculpture called "The Illuminated Crowd" on McGill College Avenue in Montréal...
