Beautifully done.

If I may comment...the software doesn't create the art. The artist does. It doesn't matter if you have the exact same program and use the exact same brushes, it's not going to be the same. Nobody handles a brush exactly the same way or moves their hand in the same way. Even if you could somehow duplicate this then that's what it would be. A duplicate. A copy. You want some of your OWN soul to show in your work. Be inspired by the image but don't try to copy it. Use the software, as Painter is the only program I know of where an artist can achieve this sort of effect.

You can paint pretty well with PSP. I never use PSP so I can't help. However, on my site at www.innographx.com/forum we have an expert in PSP who could help you. Just register and post this very question for Tyeise in the Paint Shop Pro forum listed under Software. She is very helpful and is your best bet for advice.

Chuckles, I don't know how close you could come to this in Photoshop. let alone PS Elements. You can download a trial demo of Painter from Corel to try their brushes. PS brushes aren't really equipped to do this sort of thing, in my opinion. However, there is a program called Gertrudis for PC's only that many of my members have been using with great paint results, and it's really cheap to boot! Might give that one a try too.

It was done in Painter with a variation of the Sargeant brush. I have given the details in the Painter software forum on my photo art site athttp://www.innographx.com/forum
