This pictures are a selection (yes, I took 3 times more pictures) of the photos taken during the 5 days of diving in Cozumel, together with some colleagues that were also attending the 5th International Conference on Scientific Optical Imaging (ICSOI). The conference sessions were all scheduled starting in the afternoon so we had time for diving every morning. The weather was fine but we had a couple of days with strong winds (nortes) that prevented the small dive boats to leave the harbor. Anyway, we did 5 days of two tank dives including one night dive. The pictures are lacking a big strobe light to obtain good colors, but anyway I put them here so all the participants of these dives can enjoy them. You can see here John, Preben, Paul, Uwe, Don and some other friends we met in the boat. And of course I have to thank again our DM Alison Dennis for the wonderful dives together with Carlos and Chucho. There are some topside views too... in downtown San Miguel and the maya ruins of San Gervasio.
The original images are 5 megapixels, these ones have been reduced by 6 times to save disk space. If you are interested in a particular photo for printing, let me know and I can send the original size to you.
