I purchased a Wista DX field camera in February 2004 mainly for landscapes, while I've only taken it on a relatively small number of shoots so far, it has rapidly become my camera of choice. The cherry construction and craftsmanship nealy make it a work of art in its own right, while the control it gives the photographer over the image is a delight. The images below are from Yellowstone National Park, Bent's Fort National Monument in Colorado, El Santuario de Chimayo in New Mexico north of Santa Fe, and Coyote butte on BLM land on the Arizona- Utah border. I recomend viewing these images in the large size in order to get a better appreciation of the detail.
