Your photos, particularly of Kolkata brought nostalgic feeling. You definitely found (or sincerely trying to find) a place in this enigmatic world.
Good work - please do not give up!

Sir, you are a master!
I am stunned by the depth and variety of your Mexico photographs. Although each of the three galleries showcases your "eye" and sensibility, it is completely amazing how you managed to capture the actual mood and pace of life in each of the three different areas of the country. Your comments and the quotes you used added greatly to the experience of viewing your pictures.
Cannot thank you enough for posting these -- I feel priviledged to have seen them.

I can tell that you put a lot of effort into your pictures.

Very nice to see your whole array of work, Prantik. Some of your other lesser known stuff (at least to me..) are on par to your fantastic Mexico photos. and thanks for pushing Mexico as one of my future destinations, without your pics I wouldn't even consider it.

Thank you for your comments - in such detail - and encouragement. Really appreciated. The comparisons are most kind although unjustified. HC-B is an absolute hero of mine and certainly the inspiration for my trip to Paris.

Thank you again

Your portraits and candids are very good, esp. the ones captured on film.
John Hurd 28-Jul-2006 17:19
As a fellow FZ5 owner I know how good the camera can be.
In the right hands it surprises even me though and I would never guess that many of these great images, especially the candid ones of people, were taken with the humble 'Panny'
Great pictures - keep 'em coming!

Prantik! I've taking a quick, cursory look at your galleries (unfortunately, work has captured much of my time recently). Your colours are unbelievably rich. I'll come back for more.
And, also, thank you for visiting my colour-less galleries ;).

Hi Prantik,
Thanks for your nice comment on my gallery. Also because it gave me the chance to visit yours. I like your portraits and your India galleries very much. I was in India (Hydraibad, Madras, Hampi) ten years ago and together with my trip to China it gave me the motivation and inspiration to try to the capture all those images the world show us in a picture.
I will return to your galleries.
Bye Victoria

Thank you Prantik for visiting my gallery and leaving a comment. I was late in responding because we were traveling. I have thoroughly enjoyed what I have viewed of your work on my first visit. I will return to see more. You have a real visionary eye! I left and will leave comments on pages as I visit.

Thank you looking at my work...I am in awe of yours. I gave my oldest son the Lumix for Chritmas and sent him your gallery to "inspire" him. You are the one with the truest gift, not I!
