comparison of sharpness

This little comparison has the goal to display the difference of IQ between F2,8 and F4 of the 70-200 2,8 LIS
First pics are taken at 50 % crop.
The image reference is taken with the 300 2,8 LIs at F5,6 (max sharpness) cropped to 33 % (in order to have the same pic size). Needles to say that this pic is better (better lens, more reduction). Let's say that this pic is the gold standart
The others pics are 100 % crop and the image reference is displayed at 66 % (for resizing) and 100 %.
Here the superior lens is the 300 mm (no surprise here). The difference in IQ between wide open and stopped down one time is small.
