Filipina Babe Eve Gets A Ba-Ba-Buick

Eve, like most in her country, never learned to drive. Last week we bought an older Buick LaSabre and she started her lessons. We spent several days in an abandoned Sam's Club parking lot and also an abandoned car dealership. Thursday she got her learners permit so she can start driving on the road. We've made it this far without wrecking the car, so I guess it's time to do a good clean up inside and take care of a few little repair and maintenance items...and of course have a photo shoot.

We Are Just Starting The Clean Up Of Interior.	This Car Looks To Have Been Well Taken Care Of, But A Good Clean Up Is Always Worth While.	We Scrubbed The Carpet With Soap And Amonia Water And Wet Vacumed	The Mats Were Easy As We Could Take The Water Hose After Them.	Eve Gave 'em A Good Scrubbing
Cleaning Done...Now We Just Got To Wait For The Sun To Do Its Job	Time To Take A Look At The Plugs....	They Were All Clean As Could Be, But Did Show Some Wear	I got To Get A Better Gapping Tool...Here Eve Is Giving The Plugs A Quick Check	I Wonder If The Air Filter Will Be As Good As The Plugs....
It Looks Like It Was Just Changed....I Can't Believe It	I Did The Back And Both Front Doors...Now It's Eve's Turn On The Dash	She's Working Hard	The Dash Took A Little Extra Care	SmallBuickEve

Wife...but she enjoys helping, at least on the Vette...and since this is mostly her car there sure is no harm in her learning a little about it.

hey my first car was a 62 Le Lsabre what a rig had a 401 that wold cruise on the interstate way over the speed limit and man was that baby smooth... have fun Eve. regards

My filipina learned to drive soon after getting here. We lived out in the country, 15 miles from town. I taught her in my old car. we haven't tried the stick shift part, yet. She's been here over 13 years.

Car looks in decent condition.... we had one of these and drove it for nearly 250K miles... was still running good when we sold it. Good luck with the driving. Jv
