Love it! I am a fan of white backgrounds anyway...I'm sure you can tell by looking at Shebang's studio pictures. This is such a great shot on the white background!

Incredible, Judith! It's amazing how large the cricket it in comparison with the mantis' size. Great clarity, too. Aren't you glad you accepted the challenge of raising these creatures? I sure it. It's been utterly fascinating. First thing I do when it's light out is to go and check the plants outside to make a mantis count! It takes them a while to appear, with the largest number being visible when the sun comes out.
