Friends, I have had a lovely afternoon. Dad took me to Upper Wharfedale today for a long walky across the moors. My ancestors were bred for this sort of terrain so to me it's just like coming home. I am always delighted to run about in the short grass with the wind on my back and to be able to see into the far distance.
On the way back, we crossed an area of moor frequented by rabbits! They ran away from me in every direction. There were rabbit-holes everywhere and the scent of RABBIT criss-crossed the grass. How exciting that was - and the perfect finale to a wonderful long walky with Dad!
I will sleep well tonight, I think!
(dad: this is my attempt at "panning" the camera round to follow Pooch's movement as he hunts those rabbits!)
