28042006 squirrel getaway

A cheeky squirrel was sitting in a tree above my head, waving his bushy tail and making
a clucking noise. Dad said he was looking for a lady squirrel. Personally I call it
a provocation! I wish Dad would teach me to climb trees...

(dad: thanks for your kind messages yesterday, the wife and I appreciated them very much.
It will take a while for things to get back to normal, but today was a beautiful day
... and life goes on...)

Best to leave the squirrels Pooch, you are meant for real game, rats and foxes :-)

Like the classic hunting stance by Pooch. Beautiful, colorful trail here. Very nice shot.

LOL! great composition!
(PS: Pooch... we all have to live with our limits... you're a wonderful dog, not a cat... ;-))

We have one who chatters away at the dogs and drives them MAD! (Of course it doesn't take much to do that to them...) Love the shot.

Pooch, stick to chasing hedgehogs and squirrels. The jack russell next door decided to go after skunks. He finally caught one and deposited it on the doorway of neighbor. It was definitely an odoriferous experience!

One of the disadvantages of being a shortie - all the things you can't reach!
What a wonderful time for walkies - that path looks VERY inviting...

Lol at Pooch and the squirrel. I believe Dad has more fun doing this than Pooch.
