29032006 amazing pooch

Dad: The wife came home from her job this evening very upset about the illness of
her relative and while I was giving her a hug I caught sight of Pooch sitting bolt
upright and staring at her earnestly. I took Pooch out for a walky and when we came
home he went straight up to the wife, clambered into her lap and started licking her
face... and he didn't leave her side all evening. We were both amazed by how loving
he was with her - he very definitely knew something was wrong and was trying to help.
He is an intelligent, wonderful dog and I think we are lucky to be his "parents"!

P.S. This is an archive shot, will try to do better tomorrow!

Sorry to hear about PoochMums aching heart. Glad to hear that Pooch is able to provide
some comfort to her. He is a truly loving member of your family.

He's loving and sensitive because his 'mum' and 'dad' are that way with him, I'll bet. He's a special dog, but you two always sound like very special dog parents too.

OH yes, they know when we're upset. Mine are all over me like a rash when I'm upset. That is why we love them and they love us, unconditionally. You have raised 'pooch' well poochdad. You and poochmom can be proud parents! :) Love this shot, archive or not.
