Today we decided to have a Sunday stroll around the city of York! I was very keen to visit the
Shambles - a street where Dad says that in medieval times there were once twenty-six butchers'
shops! That sounded like a VERY good place for a Pooch to be. However, there were a large number
of humans who today also thought that the Shambles was a good place for THEM to be... so we just
took a quick photo in the access street and went somewhere a bit quieter. I did a lot of sniffing
just to make sure, but I didn't smell many butchers. I've never been inside a butcher's shop but I'd definitely like to!

Dad: the wife's found out about my new lens... she found the box and said "WHAT'S THIS?"
Luckily it's my birthday tomorrow so she's got to be nice to me... ;-)
