ARNWR straddles the towns of Sudbury, Maynard, Stow and Hudson, so it's much closer to Boston than the Quabbin Reservoir is. Parts of the refuge should be opening to the public within the next year or so.

Peter, the Assabet Project looks very interesting-is it right at the Q Resevoir? Cool pic here, I like the windy road-still snowy!
