2004-12-05: Ambulance

Cambridge, Massachusetts

A little action outside the window.
Our neighbor seems to be OK for a nonagenarian.

I like the 17-85. Very convenient, covers my main range nicely. I may enjoy using the 100 f/2.8 Macro more -- faster and sharper, but more limited. You can see a selection by both lenses in Mt. Auburn Cemetery on an Autumn Day , such as this 17mm wide angle . I don't have much experience to compare lenses.

Best wishes. I remember once asking Congresswoman Lindy Boggs "what do you call someone who is 90 years old?" because I could not think of the term and she said "old."

P.S. That's a nice, sharp shot with the 17-85mm. How do you like that lens?

Aww, hope the neighbour is OK.
