Once we left Granny Burrell Falls, we headed to find the mother load of PLS including the rare
white one. As we hiked down the trail Rich noticed an opening to our left. We checked it out to
discover a large open wetland bog covered by oozy wet sphagnum moss. A bunch of sundews, too many
to count, were snuggled in amongst the thick carpet of moss. Since this is an environmentally
sensitive area, we didn't do too much exploring for fear of trampling the tender vegetation.
