We left Monday morning to head back home. We stopped at the visitor center once we crossed
back in the the state. This one was quite nice. In the office area there are paintings on
display by Bob Timberlake, books on North Carolina for sale, and maps, brochures, etc from
every area of the state. I would recommend stopping here. Located in Surry County near the
NC/VA state line on I-77.
