Need A Lift?

I got stuck when the lift bridge at the mouth of the Genesee River was up today. No boat passing... I guess they were just checking to see if it still works :-)

That's funny, when we're behind this and the bridge goes up....our cameras come out!!!!! I does look similar to ours, except ours is a temporary bridge for a heavier structure in the future!!!!!!!!

I wonder how fast you would have to go to fly right over to the other side when it's up? Bet James Bond could do it!

I bet this is how they clear the snow off as well :) Nice to see they are thinking about public safety.
