Young Eagle Flight - Calgary - September 8, 2007

Calgary chapter of COPA (Flight 14) organized the Young Eagles flight at Calgary-Springbank airport on September 8, 2007. Many thanks to COPA and all the volunteers for providing the exceptionally fun day for about 36 children to get their first experience in a small plane, and in many cases, in any plane. There were 11 volunteer pilots involved, as well as Chad Conrad, the COPA captain and organizer for the event, and many ground crew volunteers. The photos here were taken by Grant Shea.
For the parents/family/friends of the young eagles - please feel free to download and print any of these photos. They have been compressed to fit on the webpage. If you would like an uncompressed image, please email me with the image number at pjohnston@pensionstrategies.ca and I would be pleased to email you the uncompressed image (about 5mb).
