2° and 3° day - Fly Algeri - Tamanrasset / In the heart of the Hoggar’s region visit to the little city of Tamanrasset situated at 1400 meters of height, 2.000 kilometers south of Algeri, 45.000 inhabitants. / Beautiful views are the lively market, the shops of handicraft, the blockhouse and the first house of father de Foucauld, legendary figure of missionary, the first of the Europeans who at the beginning of XX century approached the Tuareg and studied their language and culture. / Through the track that leads to the center of the massive of the Hoggar, in the heart of the chain of the Atakor. / The lookout of Ahunahamt, spectacular panoramic view to 360°. / It continue towards the Tezuyeg, huge rock walls risen from the edge of the track. / With some sharp curves we arrive to the hill of the Asskrem and therefore to the hermitage of father Charles de Foucauld, that we rejoin on foot after one short climb of approximately 20 minuteren (2.728 m.). / From the summit the landscape is wonderful. / Issakarassen and Ighef Mellen, magnificent embedded water points in basaltic and throats encircled from luxuriant vegetation that rise in the dryness of the surrounding territory. / Exceeded the villages of Hirafok and Ideles progressively we abandon the mountainous part of the large Hoggar following the Wadi of the Quaternary. / Nights in tend.
