Our favorite places to watch Sea Otters frolick, eat, and play are in Monterey Bay and Moss Landing. Moss Landing has large rafts of Sea Otters! Remember even though they look soft and cuddly...they are NOT... they are wild animals! Look, allow them their space, and don't try to touch!
