another fabulous gallery, I had hoped to visit the NC coast in 2006 but it didnt happen on our TN,NC, VA,WV, and KY trip. Hopefully in 2007 :)

Hi Diane, I followed your links to here from dp.review after you answered a question for me in the forums (RAW files and CS). Your work is wonderful. I especially like North Island View in this gallery. The lines of the fence (both the verticals of the post and the snaking S shape of the fence) draw the eye so well, and then there are those gorgeous sea and sky blues against the sand.

This gallery is just exquisite - every image is postcard-perfect! And yes, I loved the pelicans the best, too.

Gotta love the pelicans. Did they eventually take off in the boat? My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Fort Fisher.
