The first series of photos were taken of the Ferruginous Pygmy-Owl in the Texas Lower Rio Grande Valley at Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park. The second series of photos were taken of a Brown Creeper feeding on insects from a live Oak tree at Arthur Story Park in Houston, Texas.
