The first stop was up the muddy trail that swings to the left...at the end of this trail is an open area that the local fishermen dump the fish remains. This has been a hot spot for birds that feast here...it really would help if you had a cold at this point...lol
As you come into the opening and if birds are present...you have about 3-5 seconds to pick a subject and shoot. Longer than that and all you get is the south end of a north bound bird.
Today I was lucky and picked the right subject.
