hi, thanks very much for this, I think I identified a bird I have seen many times, swainson's hawk, from looking at your pictures of them.

Ok Dennis - The shots are so terrific, you have to begin submitting some of these beauties to National Geographic for posterity. Congrats on continuing to do something so well that you love - some of these are humbling to see.
Best regards

Thanks so much for sharing this beauty with the web world. What a wonderful photographer you are! You seem to be blessed with great access to subject matter and the skill to know what to do with it. I'd really like to know what kind of equipment you are using to get these high resolution shots. Do you have a nest cam or what??? Why not write up a bio with this detail??? You deserve the credits front and center.
Thanks again!

Thnaks again!

Lots of great new shots Dennis. Sorry I couldn't get the calendar together this year...just wasn't in the cards I guess. Like you I am doing a few calendars (Wildlife of Canada) for friends and family, but having them produced this way through a photo company rather than a printer is a lot more expensive. A lot less work on my end however and time-saving so this one was do-able. We head back to Nova Scotia on Saturday for good. Too bad we didn't bump into each other on one of our photo excursions! Have a nice Christmas. Cheers, Cindy

Thank you very much for your visit and kind words regarding my people in the village gallery.

Please don't forget to let us know about that plump pumpkin's weight---pounds or kilos, it doesn't matter. I won't rest until I know the true weight!

Dennis!
When my computer was recently stolen one of the things that I was most upset about was the collection of "Dennis Photos" I had stored in my screensaver!!
I love your skilled photography and have been happily adding shots to my new computer's screensaver for the last 2 weeks. Thanks so much for posting them.
Barb =)

Lieber Dennis,

Dennis owsome shots I like to check often on your work some of them are just sometnig, every day gone by, not seen by all the same way, people take today forgranted what is around them, what world they live in, keep an eye on the nature and and what is around us I love it as well and keep the good work going on and on....
Anne Layman 16-Mar-2006 14:55
Dennis:
These are wonderful shots. I especially like the use of light and camouflage. The camouflage serves its purpose well for the owls. And where did you find the barns? The car seems to be organic...growing out of the ground. It is a book in itself.
Fine work.
