...March 17th. Mrs Great Horned Owl viewed perched on a nest.
...March 23rd. Mom seen with one owlet.
...April 6th. Mom perched and three owlets can be seen.
...April 9th. Mom perched off nest and Dad seen for the first time.
...April 12th. Mom again perched off nest and Dad perched near by.
...April 15th. Late day visit and able to view Mom feeding the young owlets.
...April 21st. Finding that one owlet has fledged the nest and is in trouble. He
was wet and perched on a fallen log in a flooded area of the forest.
Rescue was in order...soon had him perched safely back on a tree.
...April 24th. Late day visit finds the nest now empty. The search begins to locate
the owlets. After some time all three are seen perched under both
Mom and Dad's watch full eye.
...April 27th. This will be my last visit as I wasn't able to locate the Great Horns.
