Parkour, it is the art of displacement, the science of crossing, a sporting discipline making it possible to go from a point A towards a point B. This art is a new way of apprehending the environment which surrounds us with, for only tool, the human body. To be able to face all the obstacles which are presented, that they are in natural environment, or on various structures, the whole in a search for movement combining effectiveness and control. It is also the self-knowledge even, to face its own apprehensions, because the obstacles are not always what one believes... Those which practise Parkour are Tracers, the drive is physical as moral as well with its values. More than one sport, it is an art of living, a philosophy of all the days...
