The four book towers on the corners of the Bibliothèque
Nationale de France are visible from far off.
The reading rooms create a planted innner courtyard under them.
These halls are visible from the Seine but are concealled by
numerous steps, which a Krepis-an ancint terraced understructure
surrounding the book temple.
