Spent the morning having breakfast, getting ready.
Lovely walk around lake. Mainly took video shots up to Luxmore hut.
Walked the ridge line in fierce winds. The winds were suppose to increase from 60 kph to 100 kph, but most thought they were already at 100 kph. Camcorder Hip Pouch was slipping of so I jammed it into my pack not realizing I had also put my sun screen in with it - disaster.

Partly because DOC would not issue my permit for the Milford Tramp until I got back, I decided to take the morning shuttle back to Te Anau.
