Several of the about 70 men who carry a huge portable shrine (mikoshi)during one of the many summer night parade festivals in Osaka. The portable shrine (mikoshi) weights more than a 1000 kilos and several men sit on playing a large drum. Due to the extreme heat and busyness this year it made this parade extra hard and more dangerous for those carrying the mikoshi and those standing close by.
