Patuxent Research Refuge

The National Wildlife Visitor Center (located in Laurel, Maryland on Powder Mill Rd
east of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway) is open daily (except for Federal holidays)
from 9 am to 4:30 pm. Grounds are open from daybreak until 4:30 pm (except for Federal holidays).

Whenever I think about the Patuxent refuge, I come over and visit Steve's gallery which I have bookmarked on my computer. Steve, you have really captured the essence of the refuge. I look forward to seeing new pictures.
