We Are Coming Back: New Orleans After Katrina

I spent a limited amount of time in New Orleans in April 2007, about a year and a-half after Katrina. Other than the water receding and much of the rubble removed, little had changed and entire neighborhoods were largely abandoned aside from an occupied house of FEMA trailers.
