This Brown Trasher appears to be without a tail. I had seen him "sneak" into the yard a couple of times and the absence of a tail and no clear view had me thinking a Thrush or Veery...not until I saw the yellow in the eyes did I connect with Thrasher. Fledglings often have stubby tails but this guy has all the markings of an adult..flights were low but fast.
