That's real Japanese recipe for sushi/roll rice. That rice is also good when fried with egg.
2 cups of round rice,
2 cups of water.
For Sushi vinegar:
3 Tablespoons of rice vinegar,
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice,
2 Tablespoons of brown sugar,
1 Teaspoon of salt.
It's not enough just to wash the rice. After washing it 2-3 times you need to fray it gently through you fingers in order to remove white powder. Then wash again 2-3 times, put it into colander and dry there about 30-60 minutes. Then put rice at your rice-cooking machine. After programm end, swith off your machine and don't open for 15 minutes.
Make Sushi vinegar: mix together all ingredients in any little pan and put on fire in order to dissolve sugar and salt in vinegar and juice.
Put the rice into wide dish, pour the Sushi vinegar upon it and gently stir it. Theoretically, your wife must cool it with fan while you stir it =) So, you're prepared for sushi, rolls or just rice with egg !
