Endeavour Last Trip

On Friday, September 21, 2012 at 12:45 PM The space shuttle Endeavour made its final touchdown on runway 25L at LAX airport, Los Angeles, California,

This spacecraft, that used to travel at speeds exceeding 17,000 miles per hour, has come to its last stop.
Its final and permanent exhibit place is in downtown Los Angeles.

This was a once in a lifetime event that I witnessed, and captured in my memory and digitally.

I just missed this great event, for I went to LA only a few days after this. But now your wonderful captures just make me feel as if I was among the spectators witnessing the landing of the space shuttle after its final journey. I can imagine how impressed you were. Thanks for sharing.
