Maybe its the motorcyclist & mountaineer in me but that is a fantastic shot. The road leads me in and the blue sky over the hills is brilliant.

Beautifully taken contre-jour - I'm surprised there's not more flare and ghosting. Excellently controlled exposure, I really like the pale light on the foreground, and the silvery thread of the road...V
