OV-10A SLEP S/N 69-3801 crashed near the runway at Edwin Andrews Air Base, on Nov 9, 2011. It was on a test flight, but returned due to problems with the starboard engine.Both pilots were able to eject from the aircraft before the impact and were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Those Are OV-10M (Modified) which undergo a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) with the help of Marsh Aviation of Arizona. Noticed the Hartzell four bladed propellers.
