Dipolog runway 02/20 runs parallel to the beach with the wind blowing sand across the runway for most part of the day.

Couple this with runway widening construction in place and we see what appears to be beach sand or some other fine debris being blasted from the runway during deployment of A-319 engine thrust reversers as the aircraft continues to roll at high speed 8 seconds after touchdown.
