Hi Dang, I remember reading about the history of this site whilst I was there but I'm afraid I don't recall the details. Old and senile, tell me about it :)
I have taken trips around many of these old sites, mostly before my interest in photography. In some of the better preserved ones it is amazing to see the conditions that people lived in.

Nice, clean shot. Just wondering to myself what the deal is on this place. With the wee amount of history we have here, these old castles sure spark the imagination. Being old, and senile doesn't hurt either since I can't recall yesterday, much less anything beyond stories from my first childhood. Funny how stories from then come back when seeing something like this. One of the great appeals of pbase for me, an escape from trying to recall everyday grind. Thanks for the memory. :)
