The nesting Vireo was taken on the Monte Cristo Mountains, July 13, 2008
I've had a rather difficult time getiing any good images of a Warbling Vireo becaust they always seem to be way up in the canopy of the trees. While imaging the Painted Bunting at Fish Springs last Saturday (July 28, 2007) this little guy came down, paid me a visit and wanted to know what I was doing. Not as colorful or as rare as the bunting but non-the-less a beautiful bird.
