Kinky Friedman www.kinkyfriedman.com who is running as an Independent Candidate for the Governor of Texas stopped by Dallas City Hall to rally people to vote early in the State, Local and National Elections. He took questions from some reporters that were there and was friendly to all of the people who came out to support him on that blustery morning. 10-27-06
