Dude you're an Idiot, it is not the governments responsibility to provide people a place to live. A home is not a right it is an earned privilege. And yes most of the people that had homes were displaced because their homes were destroyed. But if they work hard and we not so damn dependent on someone else doing everything for them they could repair their own house. I live in tornado ally, So I built a house that can survive a tornado and the people of the gulf coast should have built homes that can with stand a hurricane. I use ICF concrete walls, and if people cared more about the quality of their home then the price tag of it then they would not be in this position. And don't think because I say this that I am wealthy, Instead of building a huge home out of low quality materials like they did. I built a slightly small home out of high quality materials. But people like you in this country just want to build huge cheap;y built homes in disaster prone areas and then expect the government to take care of you when your home is destroyed. Only a idiot builds a glass house upon the sand.
