I have used this rig since 1973 and still works great.
An SRT 202 with 100mm Bellows Rokkor on an Autobellows I.

Homemade flash unit attachment. Brightness is self compensating (inverse square) since extending the bellows increases exposure factor. Goes from 1:1 to infinity.
Exposures are 1/60 @f/16 with Kodachrome 64, of course, hand held.
