I’m back from a fantastic three weeks in New Zealand and Australia and all I can say is GO! There is no way my words or my photographs can capture the beauty of the scenery or the warmth of the people in both countries. I was overwhelmed. Our tour guide was the very best and I would not change a thing…..except I would have loved to be near enough to meet my Pbase friends. I did speak to Laine and that was one of the highlights of my trip.
I’m experiencing ISP problems. I keep losing the internet on my laptop and hope it will be corrected soon,
but until then I will not be able to get around for visits and comments.
In the meantime I miss everyone and hope to be back to “normal” soon.
I was the only one on the tour crazy enough to have a SLR.
It was heavy but I am so glad I had it with me.
This photo was taken as we cruised Lake Wakatipu aboard the vintage steamship TSS Earnslaw,
surrounded by the beautiful Southern Alps in Queenstown, New Zealand.
(I forgot to change the time and date on my camera, so I know the date a time is wront!
