Hoko River Weekend

Caroline invited interested "junior" fish trappers to come with her trapping and counting salmon smolts as they migrate down the Ozette and Hoko rivers to the sea. There was one very interested "junior" fish trapper and another moderately interested.

Still amazed that you guys tried to pick up that lamprey ON PURPOSE - but then you keep snakes for pets...

Looks like a good weekend, all the rivers on this side of the Cascade crest at high from the warm weather snow melt.
